This is a marketing-policy draft, not a patient or SaaS privacy policy. It requires review after the legal entity, retention, hosting and operational details are confirmed.

The public site is intended to collect minimal business contact details, product interest and workflow context when someone chooses to send a contact, demo or beta-pilot-interest enquiry. Do not submit medical records, patient identifiers or documents. A pilot enquiry is not an agreement or guarantee of access.
What may be collected
Contact name, organisation, work email or phone, organisation type, product interest, business message, enquiry type (including a beta-pilot-interest enquiry) and consent or preference information needed to respond. The final field list and lawful basis require review.
How information may be used
To respond to an enquiry, understand a requested workflow, coordinate a conversation, protect the site and maintain necessary records. After server-side validation and storage, the business-enquiry fields may be sent as a plain-text notification through Hostinger Professional Email to info@arogyatap.com, with the submitter’s email set as reply-to. No marketing subscription is created. First-party aggregated page counts are disabled unless configured with ANALYTICS_ENABLED=true and are only enabled after affirmative consent. No visitor identifiers, IP addresses, user-agent values, query strings or contact details are stored in analytics.
Cookies and local preferences
Essential security cookies may include the HTTP-only webdev_app_session and careorbit_oauth_nonce cookies for owner authentication flows. The consent choice is stored locally under careorbit-analytics-choice-v1 (a retained technical key from the previous branding). No third-party analytics script or advertising cookie is used by the current implementation.
Retention, hosting and sharing
Enquiry records currently receive a configured 180-day expiry marker; automated deletion is not yet scheduled and should not be assumed. Email notifications may persist separately in the Hostinger mailbox and its retention system. Actual retention periods, hosting locations, processor details, deletion process, legal entity details and any analytics configuration require final review before this draft becomes a final notice.
